🚚 Shipping & Production

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China after production is completed.
• Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
• Fast Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Estimated shipping times represent the timeframe in which approximately 95% of orders are delivered. Individual shipments may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

⚡ Fast Shipping Guarantee

• If Fast Shipping was purchased and the package is delayed beyond the applicable 3–7 business day shipping timeframe after shipment due to carrier delays, transportation disruptions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other logistics-related reasons beyond the customer's control, the €19.90 Fast Shipping fee will be refunded.
• This applies only to the Fast Shipping fee and does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation, return, or a full refund, provided the package is ultimately delivered successfully. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

• The shipping times above refer to the transit time after production has been completed and the order has been shipped.
• Delivery may take longer during sale periods, public holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery is generally available on business days, excluding public holidays.
• We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address.

🔍 Order Tracking

• A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
• Common carriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
• Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

💰 Import Duties & Customs Charges

• Applicable import duties and customs charges are covered by Joydeco for all orders, regardless of destination.
• If you are unexpectedly asked to pay any import duties or customs charges, please contact service@joydeco.de before making payment.

🛡️ Shipping Protection

• Optional Shipping Protection covers eligible cases of loss, damage, or misdelivery during transit.
• Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date.
• Shipping Protection can be refunded before shipment; after shipment it is non-refundable.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

• Our curtains and shades are made to order according to your selected specifications and are considered custom-made products. Returns for customer reasons such as a change of mind, an incorrect order, color preference, a correct size that does not fit as expected, or other personal expectations are generally not accepted.
• If you receive the wrong item, or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or another appropriate remedy. Photos and a full description of the issue are required.
• The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's individual specifications, as provided by applicable German and EU consumer law.

⏰ Return Timeframe

• Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• This 30-day timeframe does not limit applicable statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.

💰 Refunds & Return Shipping

• For customer-reason returns that are exceptionally accepted by Joydeco, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• The applicable refund is Order Amount × 80%, after deduction of handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
• The 80% refund rule does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

✏️ Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Changes to size, color, lining, or other customization options should also be requested within 12 hours.
• After 12 hours, if production has started, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have already been produced and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

• Please contact service@joydeco.de before returning or exchanging any item to obtain the correct return address and instructions.
• Do not refuse delivery or send a package back without prior instructions from our customer service team.

📏 Measuring Guide

Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. Please measure your window carefully before placing your order.

• For an inside mount, measure the inside width and height of the window opening and follow the required mounting clearances.
• For an outside mount, measure the area you want the shade to cover and allow sufficient overlap.
• Double-check all measurements before submitting your customization.
