Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Measure Products
Joydeco DE specializes in made-to-measure and individually configured window treatments. Our products are manufactured according to your individual selections, such as dimensions, fabric, color, lining, operating method, and other configuration options.
Under Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized to the consumer's needs.
Accordingly, products that meet these legal requirements and are individually manufactured according to your specifications are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
This applies in particular to made-to-measure curtains, shades, and other window treatments manufactured according to the dimensions, materials, colors, or other individual configuration options selected by you.
Order Cancellation
Although made-to-measure products that meet the legal requirements described above are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, Joydeco DE voluntarily offers the following cancellation options:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order: You may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting service@joydeco.de.
- After 12 hours and once production has started: There is generally no right to cancel a made-to-measure order due to a change of mind. However, Joydeco may agree to a cancellation as a goodwill accommodation. In this case, 70% of the order value will be refunded and 30% of the order value will be retained in connection with the production and processing already committed to the order.
- Once an order has been fully produced and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled due to a change of mind.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Incorrectly Manufactured Products
The exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal for made-to-measure products does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at service@joydeco.de and provide your order details together with relevant photographs or other information, where reasonably possible, to help us assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
