Our double-sided chenille blackout curtains feature a plush, cloud-like texture that is soft, smooth, and luxurious. With no front or back distinction, they can be reversed without exposing any backing. Made from 518 g/㎡ heavyweight polyester, they provide 100% blackout, hang gracefully, resist wrinkling, and deliver elegant style and superior comfort for any room.

Care & Notes：

Washing:

Hand Wash: Gently with cold water and mild detergent; lightly squeeze, do not wring.
Dry Cleaning: Recommended, especially for heavy or grommet curtains.
Machine Wash: Not recommended.

Drying: Hang to air dry; avoid tumble drying to preserve drape and texture.
Ironing / Steaming: Low heat on front side with a cloth, or use gentle steaming; avoid high heat.
Do Not Bleach: Avoid harsh chemicals.
Installation & Handling: Ensure rods support panel weight; handle gently and keep away from sharp objects.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

If Fast Shipping was purchased and the package is delayed beyond the applicable 3–7 business day shipping timeframe after shipment due to carrier delays, transportation disruptions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other logistics-related reasons beyond the customer's control, the €19.90 Fast Shipping fee will be refunded.
This applies only to the Fast Shipping fee and does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation, return, or a full refund, provided the package is ultimately delivered successfully. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

🔍 Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Common carriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.

Applicable import duties and customs charges are covered by Joydeco for all orders, regardless of destination.

Optional Shipping Protection covers eligible cases of loss, damage, or misdelivery during transit.
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Our curtains and shades are made to order according to your selected specifications and are considered custom-made products. Returns for customer reasons such as a change of mind, an incorrect order, color preference, a correct size that does not fit as expected, or other personal expectations are generally not accepted.
If you receive the wrong item, or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or another appropriate remedy. Photos and a full description of the issue are required.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's individual specifications, as provided by applicable German and EU consumer law.

⏰ Return Timeframe

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
This 30-day timeframe does not limit applicable statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.

💰 Refunds & Return Shipping

For customer-reason returns that are exceptionally accepted by Joydeco, return shipping is paid by the customer.
The applicable refund is Order Amount × 80%, after deduction of handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
The 80% refund rule does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

✏️ Cancellations & Changes

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Changes to size, color, lining, or other customization options should also be requested within 12 hours.
After 12 hours, if production has started, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have already been produced and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Heavy, quiet, and completely dark

curtains are THICK – you can feel the quality. They hang perfectly straight, zero wrinkles, and the room goes pitch black.

Soft on both sides

The fabric is so plush and velvety, and they block every bit of light. My bedroom is now a total cave for napping. 🌙✨

Heavy, silent, and completely dark – exactly what I needed

I bought these curtains for my guest room because I needed a completely dark environment for afternoon naps and video calls. They meet my needs perfectly. They drape beautifully and are highly resistant to wrinkling; I’ve been using them for a few weeks, and they still look as though they’ve just been ironed. I followed the care instructions and used a steam iron on a low setting—the results were excellent. If you’re looking for curtains that offer superior blackout performance while feeling soft to the touch—without that plastic-like feel—then this is the choice for you.

It really does block out 100% of the light!

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the claim of "100% light blocking," but after installing these curtains, I was completely convinced. The fabric is incredibly substantial—you can sense its premium quality just from the weight. The chenille material is soft and plush with a beautiful drape; it doesn't feel stiff at all.

They look beautiful once I hang them up.

It’s about 50% light filtering. When I first received them, the fabric felt cheap. But once I hung them up. They actually gave me a sense of luxurious feeling. I’m starting to like them more and more. It’s very beautiful. I actually bought multiple panels from different sellers just to hand them up to prepare. I finally decided to keep this pair.
