Installation: Ensure curtain rod supports chosen panel length and weight.

Our curtains and shades are made to order according to your selected specifications and are considered custom-made products. Returns for customer reasons such as a change of mind, an incorrect order, color preference, a correct size that does not fit as expected, or other personal expectations are generally not accepted.
If you receive the wrong item, or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or another appropriate remedy. Photos and a full description of the issue are required.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's individual specifications, as provided by applicable German and EU consumer law.

⏰ Return Timeframe

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
This 30-day timeframe does not limit applicable statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.

💰 Refunds & Return Shipping

For customer-reason returns that are exceptionally accepted by Joydeco, return shipping is paid by the customer.
The applicable refund is Order Amount × 80%, after deduction of handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
The 80% refund rule does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly manufactured products.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

✏️ Cancellations & Changes

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Changes to size, color, lining, or other customization options should also be requested within 12 hours.
After 12 hours, if production has started, a 30% cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have already been produced and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Lets the light in, keeps the nosy out

These were exactly what I was hoping for. We put them on our front door for a little extra privacy without making the space feel darker and they nailed it.

They let in a really nice amount of natural light while still blurring the view from outside. You can’t clearly see in, but it doesn’t feel closed off or heavy at all. Perfect balance.

The geometric texture adds just enough visual interest without being busy, and they actually look more high-end than I expected for the price.

Sizing was spot on, and they slid right onto the rod no fuss, no fighting with fabric. Slightly rough feeling and wrinkle free out of the package. Also no weird smell!

Overall: simple, clean, and does the job really well. If you want light + privacy without turning your space into a cave, these are it.

Gives the room a warm glow all day

These are great curtains. I got beige 30x30 ones to go in my kitchen sink window, and the 42x63 ones to go in a tall window in my kitchen. They're just thick enough that I don't see my ugly blinds behind them when closed, but thin enough that they let beautiful warm light into the room. Everything feels cozy and inviting, and it has a soft glow all day now.

The quality seems good — I didn't find any defects, the material is a nice texture and looks good, and no seams have started to come apart. I'm extremely happy with them!

Love it

These are the best curtains I have ever gotten. The quality is good, not to thin not too thick and nice and soft. It had perfect amount of light coming through. I love how I was able to get the 95inch length plus the hidden tabs so you dont see the rod in-between it. I love the look. The price is really reasonable also for what youre getting. It dont get wrinkled and was very easy to install. I also love the colour's available and I will definitely be buying again.

Curtains are decently heavy in weight, they look nice- semi sheer but also provides privacy, they have a very nice clean design and I would purchase again.
The color matches as shown in photos, lengths are correct, and im extremely satisfied with the curtains. They seem very durable and well made.
There was no chemical smell when opening, and no wrinkles, the folds from packaging dissappear after a few days of hanging
